VGC can now reveal the first extended footage of Bam Margera in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4. Margera is one of the secret characters in the upcoming skateboarding remake, which will be released in July. Bam Margera, known for his roles in Jackass, Viva La Bam and the Tony Hawk series,was seemingly missingfrom the THPS 3 + 4 roster when it was announced earlier this year. It was later claimed that Margera would be added to the remake, afterTony Hawk himself allegedly demanded his inclusion....

Ghostwire: Tokyo will be released on July 28, 2025, according to PlayStation’s YouTube channel. The channel is set to air a ‘Ghostwire: Tokyo– Official Showcase’ on Thursday, and the videodescriptionalso includes details of an early access offer and pre-order bonus content. Hideo Kojima will receive the BAFTA Fellowship at the BAFTA Games Awards on June 20, 2025. The Metal Gear andDeath Strandingdesigner is being recognised for his outstanding contribution to the games industry, BAFTA said on Thursday. Previous recipients of the Fellowship—the highest accolade bestowed by BAFTA on an individual—includeTim Schafer,John Carmack, David Braben OBE,Rockstar Games,Gabe Newell,Peter Molyneux,Shigeru MiyamotoandWill Wright. “Thank you very much for this precious BAFTA Fellowship award,” said Kojima....

Horizon Forbidden West star Lance Reddick has seemingly confirmed plans for upcoming DLC in a since-deleted tweet. The actor, who plays the character Sylens in the Horizon series, recently revealed he was doing new motion capture work for thePlayStationsequel which released earlier this year. “Hard at work… in a session forHorizon Forbidden West,” Reddick tweeted. While themessagehas since been deleted, images of Reddick’stweetand avideowhich accompanied it can still be viewed online....

The creator of the Katamari Damacy games says he left Bandai Namco to work with people from other countries. Keita Takahashijoined Namco (as it was then known) in 1999 and ended up directing Katamari Damacy, We Love Katamari and Noby Noby Boy. However, he then left Namco in 2010, saying in one interview thathe didn’t feel like he belonged there any more. Now, in an interview withGameSpark, Keita Takahashi says he left the company to broaden his horizons and work with developers outside of Japan....

The upcoming Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic remake is reportedly now under development at Saber Interactive. According to aBloombergsource said to be close to the game, the troubled project has been moved from previous developer Aspyr Media to a Saber studio in Eastern Europe. The game will likely take at least two more years to finish, the site’s source claimed. According to the report, Aspyr was relieved of development duties because its ownerEmbracer, and production partners Lucasfilm andSony, were all displeased with the progress of the game under its direction....

Images claiming to show the next Forza Motorsport game running on the last-gen Xbox One console have appeared online. The images were posted on the Subredditr/gamingleaksandrumourson Saturday, and reportedly verified by the site’s moderators as legitimate. So far, the nextForza Motorsporthas only been announced forMicrosoft’s next-gen consolesXbox Series Sand X, although most of its first-party games to date have been cross-gen console andPCtitles. A teaser trailer for the Uncharted movie has leaked ahead of its expected release this week. It includes clips of a set-piece inspired byUncharted3: Drake’s Deception’s Stowaway chapter, which sees the protagonist attempting to stop himself being ejected from a cargo plane’s ramp door while engaging in mid-air combat. Rather than following the plot of the games, which have sold over 41 million copies, the movie tells a prequel story featuring Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) as a young treasure hunter learning from his mentor Victor Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg)....

Crystal Dynamics has said it received an overwhelming response to a recent survey designed to gauge interest in a potential Legacy of Kain revival. In October, the companylaunched a questionnaireasking players what they’d like to see should the classic gothic vampire series make a comeback. On Thursday, the developer claimed such surveys usually receive a few thousand responses, but that the Legacy of Kain one received more than 100,000....

Ubisoft has announced it’s closing down its battle royale game Hyper Scape, less than 2 years after it launched. Developed byUbisoftMontréal,Hyper Scapeis a free-to-play, 100-player battle royale FPS set in a futuristic urban environment called Neo-Arcadia. The game launched in open beta form in July 2020. However, just a year after its release Ubisoft had stopped releasing major updates for the game. Its last season launched in March 2021. By Ubisoft’s E3 live stream in June, Hyper Scape wasn’t mentioned at all....

In a year when Nintendo has already released two brilliant turn-based Mario RPG games, it’s an achievement in itself that Mario & Luigi Brothership – unlike the others, a totally original game – is worthy of your attention. If you were to judge all three as first-time experiences, Brothership doesn’t boast quite as strong characters or scenarios as the all-time classicsSuper Mario RPGandPaper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, and it’s occasionally let down by some overly obtuse puzzles....
