Sledgehammer Games has said it’s investigating “widespread crashing issues” affecting Call of Duty: Vanguard.

The problems appear to have started shortly after Wednesday’s launch of Vanguard andCall of Duty: Warzone’s new ‘Secrets of the Pacific’ event, which has temporarily been disabled.

The event challenges players to scout Verdansk to find objects from another era in order to unlock intel on Warzone’s upcoming Pacific map, Caldera, andits new points of interest.

Completing Warzone and Vanguard challenges will also unlock exclusive event rewards including a weapon blueprint.

The launch of new Warzone map Caldera was recentlydelayed by one week to December 8.

Ahead of Caldera’s release, aCall of Duty Vanguardplayer discovered what appears to be a low-poly version of Caldera thanks to a spectator camera bug.
