A release date and further information on Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope was briefly shown on the Ubisoft Store website, before being removed.
The sequel to the first Mario + Rabbids gamewas originally announcedwith a trailer in June 2021, but very little has been seen of the game in the year that has since followed.

However,Gematsureports that on Monday the officialUbisoftStore site listed the game’s release date as October 20, along with details of a ‘Gold Edition’.
The date has since been removed from the store, but can still be seen onarchived versions of the page.

According to the removed description, Sparks of Hope will be available in a Standard Edition and a Gold Edition, with the latter including a season pass that contains future DLC with new story content featuring new heroes, quests and battles.
The Gold Edition will also reportedly include the Galactic Prestige Pack, which includes three exclusive weapon skins.

The appearance and swift removal of the new information suggests that Ubisoft is preparing to officially show more of Sparks of Hope soon, perhaps at theNintendo Direct Partner Showcasetaking place later today.
