Ubisoft has announced plans to close the online services for more of its “older games” on July 01, 2025.
The move will impact 10 games (listed in full below) including fourAssassin’s Creedtitles, as well as entries in the Ghost Recon,Splinter Celland Trials series.

It means that owners of these games will no longer be able to play multiplayer, linkUbisoftaccounts in-game or use online features.
Some of the titles impacted by the changes had their online services disabled on other platforms as part ofearlier “decommissioning” waves carried out by Ubisoft in 2022.

“Decommissioning such services for older games is not something we take lightly, but is a necessity as the technology that drove those services has grown obsolete,” Ubisoft said this week.
