Larian Studios has confirmed that the latest Baldur’s Gate 3 patch will let players change their character’s appearance.
The feature hasbeen in the works for some timeand will arrive with the game’s next major update.

The patch is “a big one” and is scheduled to launch today, a day later than previously expected, “to ensure through testing”, Lariansaid.
The studio recently said it wasintroducing a more rigorous patch testing processfollowing issues with the release of a hotfix which led to a rollback.

Today’s update will introduce the Magic Mirror, which lives in the player’s camp and lets them alter their character’s appearance whenever they like.
They can also change their voice and pronouns. Race and body type can’t be changed, and nor can Origins.

FollowingBaldur’s Gate 3‘sPC release in August, thePS5versionlaunched in early September.
A delayedXbox version of Baldur’s Gate 3 will arrive later this yearafter split-screen co-op was removed as a feature on Series S.
Larian has said that it plans tosupport Baldur’s Gate 3 PC and console cross-playin the future.
