The next Nintendo Direct live stream will take place on Thursday, September 14, Nintendo has confirmed.
The event will take place at 7am PT / 10am ET / 3pm GMT / 4pm CEST and feature “roughly 40 minutes of information mostly focused onNintendo Switchgames releasing this winter”,Nintendosaid.
The lastNintendo Directtook place in Juneand featuredSuper Mario Bros. Wonder,Super Mario RPG,Pikmin 4andDetective Pikachu Returns, among other games.
During its latest quarterly financial results briefing last month, Nintendo saidSwitch’s global lifetime salesstood at 129.53 million by the mid-point of 2023.
Driven by the release ofThe Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Nintendo shipped 3.91 million Switch units during the three-month period ended in June, which was up 13.9% year-over-year.
Nintendo forecasts it will sell 15 Switch million consoles during the current fiscal year ending on July 14, 2025, which would represent a 16.5% year-over-year decline.
