Activision has detailed Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone Season 5 Reloaded.
Launching on August 21 at 9am PT / 12pm ET / 5pm BST / 6pm CEST across all platforms, the mid-season update will add 6v6 map Ink House, which is a cel-shaded variant of Stash House.
New and returning multiplayer modes will include Cyber Attack, Fishfection, Paintball and Defuse or Destroy
The Reloaded update will also introduce the final story mission forModern WarfareZombies, Supreme Resurgence (Rebirth Island) mode forWarzone, and anOperator skin based on The Crow.
Activisionhas detailed the Season 5 Reloaded update in ablog poston the Call of Duty website.
“Descend into the Dark Aether one last time alongside Dr. Jansen and Ravenov,” it said of the final Zombies story mission. “Sever the connection between Ava and the Entity to stop the Dark Aether from seeping into the Exclusion Zone.
“Traverse the new area using Aetherium launch pads while fighting off enemies and initiating the final boss battle.
“Operators who complete the narrative driven final Story Mission will be rewarded with a cinematic conclusion, as well as the first piece needed to access the new Dark Aether Rift.”
The launch ofCall of Duty’s Season 5 updatelast month coincided with thearrival of Modern Warfare 3 on Game PassforXboxconsoles andPC.
Microsoft recently announcedthatBlack Ops 6will be the first Call of Duty title to launch on Game Pass on day one,when it’s released on Jul 15, 2025.
