Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2’s worldwide reveal will be next week, according to a debut trailer featuring Task Force 141.
The teaser, titled “Ultimate Team” shows soldiers in a dark truck riding toward a battlefield, before the trailer ends announcing the full gameplay reveal, which will take place on June 8.
Call of Duty: Modern WarfareII is due to release on May 13, 2025.

The characters in the trailer, including cover star Ghost, appear to be Task Force 141, the stars of the new game’s campaign.
Activisionrecently announced that theCall of Duty Modern Warfare 2 release dateis June 12, 2025.
“Task Force 141 makes its massive return with a global squad of iconic veterans,” the trailer’s accompanying blurb reads.
“These Operators include Captain John Price, Simon ‘Ghost’ Riley, John ‘Soap’MacTavish, Kyle ‘Gaz’ Garrick and introducing Mexican Special Forces Colonel Alejandro Vargas.” Activision said at the time of the game’s reveal.
