“A massive volume of specially selected songs, as well as the theme song ‘No Promises to Keep Loveless ver.’ composed by Nobuo Uematsu, will be included in a seven-disc CD set,” reads a description.
Uematsu recently agreed tocompose the main theme for the third game in the Final Fantasy 7 remake trilogy.

He is most famous for composing the soundtracks for the first nineFinal Fantasy games, and working on numerous subsequent entries.
AlthoughFinal Fantasy 7 RemakeandFinal Fantasy 7 Rebirthcontain soundtracks created by different composers, Uematsu still composed the main theme for both games – ‘Hollow’ for Final Fantasy 7 Remake, and ‘No Promises to Keep’ for Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth.

In an interview in February, Uematsu saidhe doesn’t think he’ll be able to compose an entire game’s soundtrackever again.
“You would have to give it full throttle for two or three years. And I don’t think I have the physical and mental strength to do it anymore.”
Uematsu also said he had a “sense of finality” about his Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth theme, No Promises to Keep, and that he was “satisfied” with what he had made.
“Of course, it’s great to see new people giving this series their all and making great games, but I was happy to get back in the saddle and contribute again,” he said.
“In 10, 20 years, when it’s my time to go, I’ll look back on this moment with tears in my eyes.”
