The next free Epic Games Store titles has been revealed.
Arkane‘s Prey and Jotun: Valhalla Edition will be free to download from theEpic Games Storefrom May 12-19.
The Epic Games Store previously offeredPrey free for 24 hours in December 2021, while action-exploration gameJotun was given away in December 2019.

They will replace Asmodee Digital’s Terraforming Mars, which is currentlyfree to downloaduntil May 12.
The Epic Games Storegave away 89 free titles last year(down from 103 in 2020), with a combined worth of $2,120.

According toEpic, whichreleased Unreal Engine 5 last month, users claimed over 765 million free games in 2021.
Sonyrecentlyinvested an additional $1 billion in Epic, which announced the completion of a new funding round in April.

KIRKBI, the holding and investment company behind the Lego Group, also invested $1 billion in Epic in the latest funding round, which was designed to accelerate the companies’ ambitions in the metaverse space.

Epic and Lego announced last month thatthey had entered a long-term partnership“to shape the future of the metaverse to make it safe and fun for children and families”.
