Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League has received its final significant content update.
DeveloperRocksteady Studiosconfirmed in December that the game’s current season would be its last.
And Season 4 concluded today with the launch of Season 4 Episode 8.
“While Season 4 Episode 8 will mark the final battle against Brainiac, all online features will continue to be available, so you’ll still be able to enjoy co-op with friends, as well as all previous seasonal/episodic content,” Rocksteady explained.
Players can also choose to play the game via itsrecently released offline mode, which offers access to the main story campaign and all post-launch seasonal gameplay content without an internet connection.

Following several delays, Suicide Squad was released last February to a mixed critical reception and proved to be a commercial failure, with publisher and Rocksteady ownerWarner taking a $200 million loss on the game.
Suicide Squad is one ofJanuary’s PlayStation Plus Essential games.
In June, it was claimed that Rocksteady was helping develop an unannouncedHogwarts Legacy Director’s Cut.
The London, UK-based studio was reportedly hit witha round of layoffslast summer andanother just before Christmas.
