Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will receive an offline mode after launch, Rocksteady says.

At launch the game will requires an online connection to play, a decision that was met with backlash from players.

Now, on the game’s official Discord server,Rocksteadyhas claimed that the game will be playable offline after the launch of the game.

“We’re happy to confirm we are planning to add an offline story mode that will give players the option to experience the main campaign without an internet connection,” it wrote.

“We’re planning to provide this update in 2024 and will provide more details when available.”

The news comes alongside a new trailer for the game, which debuted atThe Game Awardsand can be viewed above.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice Leagueis playable solo or with up to four players in online co-op and will support full cross-platform and cross-progression play.
