Valve has launched the Steam winter sale, featuring discounts on thousands of titles until January 2.
Alongside thediscounts, players can earn 100 Festivity Tokens by completingHoliday Quests, and 132 tokens for every £1 spent onSteamduring the sale.
5,000 tokens can be traded for a £3.80 discount voucher, or smaller amounts can be spent in theHoliday Marketon things like badges, emoticons, chat room effects and stickers
TheEpic Games storealso launched its holiday sale on Thursday, which includes the release of afree game every day for 12 days, starting with Into the Breach.
Running until January 1, the sale is billed as up to 75% off selected games.
Epicis also offering a $10/£10 Epic Games store coupon with every single game purchase of $14.99/£14.99 or above during the sale period.
GOGis currently hosting its winter sale too, featuring 2,500 deals and discounts of up to 95% until January.
It includes 10% off Westwood Studios’ classic Blade Runner game, which wasreleased digitally for the first time earlier this week.
