Valve has launched Steam’s Autumn Sale.
Running until December 4 at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm GMT, the promotion includes “thousands of discounts”, according to the company.

Valvemarked Half-Life’s 2’s 20th anniversary last weekby giving the game away, which saw the title break its concurrent player record onSteam.
A documentary celebrating the game was also released, showing offdevelopment footage of the cancelled Half-Life 2: Episode 3.

Last week, Valve also launched alimited edition white version of the Steam Deck, which sold out in a matter of days.
The company releasedSteam’s game recording featurethis month too. A built-in system for creating and sharing gameplay footage, it works with any game that supports the Steam overlay, including non-Steam titles.

Valve also recently launched Steam Families, its new solution for sharing games between groups of players. A Steam Family can consist of five members and lets them purchase a title once, giving every member of the group access to that game.
