Splatoon 3 Splatfest kicks off later this week with the fan favourite mode returning to the game with a new twist.
This time, three teams will battle it out for supremacy. Splatfests happen every few weeks in-game. These events see players acrossSplatoon 3pick a side and battle for conch shells.
The start of the Splatfest will see players compete in standard Turf Wars, but later in the event, a new mode, exclusive to Splatoon 3, the Tricolor Turf War will begin.
Splatoon 3 Splatfest: When does it start?
The first Splatoon 3 Splatfest kicks off on 23 September in the US and early in the morning of 24 September in most other regions.

Splatoon 3 Splatfest: How do I pick my team?
To pick a team, players should head to Splatsville and in the main plaza, there will be a tent.
There will be a huge screen with three options, simply click on the option you want, and that will be your team for the event.
