Sony has announced February 2024’s PlayStation Plus Essential games.
The games includeFoamstars, which will launch onPlayStationPlus for bothPS4andPS5, Rollerdrome, also for PS4 and PS5, and Steelrising, which will be available for PS5.
All three games will be available to PlayStation Plus members from Tuesday, February 6, until Monday, March 4
Alongside that,Fall Guyswill introduce new costumes for PlayStation Plus members based on PlayStation characters. Ratchet, Clank, and Aloy will all receive costumes.
PlayStation Plus members have until February 5 to addA Plague Tale: Requiem, Evil West and Nobody Saves the World to their game library, which were January’s Essential titles.
PlayStation State of Playreturns on Wednesday, January 31.
Kicking off at 2pm PT / 5pm ET / 10pm GMT, the show will cover over 15 upcoming games.
“The broadcast will be over 40 minutes long, and feature guest appearances from some of the most talented minds in gaming,”saidPlayStation Studios headHermen Hulst.
“Among many other updates, we’ll feature extended looks atStellar BladeandRise of the Ronin, two great games coming to PS5 this year. And we’ll give you a new look at other titles coming to PS5 and PS VR2 in 2024 and beyond.”
Sony’s announcementconfirms earlier claimsthat the company was planning to hold a new showcase this week.
XboxEra’s Nick Bakerhad suggested the live stream could take place on January 31, and featureDeath Stranding2,Silent Hill 2and other games.
