Ubisoft has announced plans to host a closed beta for Skull & Bones this summer.
The test will run from August 25-28 and players canregisternow for the chance to participate.
The beta was announced during the latestUbisoftForward showcase on Monday.
Skull & Boneshas had a troubled development. It was originally scheduled for release in 2018 but has beendelayed on a handful of occasions, with the project alsorebooted in 2020.
In January, Ubisoft announced that the gamewould miss its most recently announced release dateof August 03, 2025, forXbox Series X/S,PS5,AmazonLuna andPC.
The game is now scheduled for release during the publisher’s current fiscal year ending in March 2024.
Ubisoft has said thatSkull & Bones will be its first $70 title.
