Science fiction RPG Scarlet Nexus will be released on July 14, 2025, publisher and developer Bandai Namco has confirmed.
The company also opened pre-orders for theXbox Series X/S,Xbox One,PS5,PS4and digitalPCgame on Thursday.
Scarlet Nexustakes place in a distant future in which a group of psionic soldiers called the OSF represents humanity’s last hope in a battle against brain-eating mutants known as Others.
“Featuring a dual story, begin your adventure with either Yuito Sumeragi, an energetic recruit from a prestigious political family, or Kasane Randall, the mysterious scout whose power and skill has gained great notoriety among the OSF,”Bandai Namcosays.
“As their different experiences interweave with each other, it is only then that you will reveal the full story and unlock all the mysteries of Scarlet Nexus caught between technology and psychic abilities.”
The new story trailer above reveals further information about Kasane and her party members.
Revealed in May 2020during the first everXboxSeries X gameplay showcase,Scarlet Nexus will support Smart DeliveryonMicrosoft’s consoles.
Bandai Namco has also released a teaser for an upcoming Scarlet Nexus anime series produced by Sunrise.
