When Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was released on Friday, PC players reported severe issues, including stuttering, frequent crashing, and issues wherein opening and closing the game too frequently as a result of crashes would lock players out of the game due to the DRM thinking it had been opened on several PCs at once.

What adds to the backlash is that the game was subject to asix-week delaydesigned to “achieve the level of polish our fans deserve”.

The statement posted to Twitter continues: “While there is no single, comprehensive solution for PC performance, the team has been working on fixes we believe will improve performance across a spectrum of configurations. We are committed to fixing these issues as soon as possible, but each patch requires significant testing to ensure we don’t introduce new problems.
