PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Season 11 has been detailed ahead of its PC launch on March 31 and consoles on April 8.

Available to preview now on thePCtest server, the new season brings back Paramo, the 3×3 South American highlands map firstintroduced with Season 9 in October 2020.

It is now playable in solos, duos or squads in first and third-person perspectives, and the dynamic world system that randomises major landmarks between matches has been expanded.

PUBGStudio said it has also made a number of terrain improvements, increased the secret room and supply helicopter spawn rates, and added the map as an option for custom games.

A new transport tool, the Emergency Pickup item, enables players to call in a plane to grab a cable deployed via a high altitude balloon and quickly carry squads to safe zones.

It was also revealed on Wednesday that PUBG seasons are getting shorter starting with 11. They’ll now last for two months, meaning they’ll no longer run in parallel with Survivor Passes.

Updates to the Medal Mastery and PUBG ID system are also detailed in the Season 11 video above and in the officialpatch notes.
