A new Pokemon Presents stream is taking place next week.
The stream, which is in celebration ofPokemonDay, will take place on February 27, the day the original Pokemon Red and Green games were released in Japan.
The stream, which will be on Pokemon’s official YouTube and Twitch channels, will begin at 6: 00 AM PST / 14: 00 PM GMT.

The announcement was made with a graphic on Twitter teasing some of the original 151 Pokemon, fueling speculation that classic Pokemon games could be coming toNintendo Switch. Not only this, but the teaser video featured music from the original GameBoy titles.
The next#PokemonPresentsis on the way, Trainers! 🤩Tune in to our official YouTube channel at 6:00 a.m. PST on February 27 for about 20 minutes of exciting Pokémon news in celebration of#PokemonDay2023! 🎉📺https://t.co/Xo6KYjvSdjpic.twitter.com/FFrmk8a5z8

Pokemon Presents typically house large announcements, such as new mainline Pokemon titles or spin-offs.
Some copyright information relating to Spike Chunsoft, the developer of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, was recently found on a new Pokemon website launched to celebrate Pokemon day, suggesting that a new entry in that franchise, or a remaster, could be on its way.

There’s also DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet that’s yet to be publically announced. The games, which were released last year and sold in huge numbers, contain numerous teases of new Pokemon that are expected to feature in the DLC.
These DLC packages have replaced the third game in the generation that was the norm for many years in Pokemon, such as Pokemon Gold and Pokemon Silver being followed by Pokemon Crystal.
