System Shock developer Nightdive Studios has sat down with VGC to talk all about the remake of the PC classic, how it’s been received by critics and players, and the console release of the games.

System Shock was originally developed by Looking Glass Studios in 1994. Directed by Doug Church and produced byWarren Spector, it was a highly influential title that went on to inspire games like BioShock and Prey, both considered spiritual successors.

The game’s producer Warren Spector would go on to direct Deus Ex and produce Thief: Deadly Shadows.
