PlayStation 5 consoles will beavailable online at UK retailer Gameon Thursday morning.
The company didn’t specify what time the consoles will be available, although its recent PS5 restocks have gone live at around 11am BST.
Customers who choose Game’s priority insured delivery method will have their orders shipped by October 25, with all other delivery method orders shipped by October 29.
UPDATE 10.38am BST:PS5 consoles are now available to purchase via the links below, although you’ll be placed in a queue and there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to secure one as stock is limited.
ORIGINAL STORY CONTINUES:“This morning, we will be going live with a selection ofPlayStation 5Disc consoles,” Game said.
“PlayStation 5’s [sic] continue to be in very high demand and that demand far outweighs current supply.
“We have strong measures in place to help ensure that our ‘1 per customer’ statement is maintained to allow for as many individual customers to successfully purchase as possible.”
In the US,GameStop will be selling PS5 consoles at some of its stores this Friday, October 22.
US-based consumers hoping to purchase a PS5 console can also now register their interest directly with Sony for a chance to do so. The company ismaking a limited number of PS5 consoles availablefor customers to purchase directly fromPlayStationthis holiday season.

Sony claimed in July thatPS5 had become its fastest selling console everafter topping 10 million sales globally.
The console reached the milestone in mid-July, about eight months after its November 2020 launch, and just under a month faster than thePS4managed.

“While PS5 has reached more households faster than any of our previous consoles, we still have a lot of work ahead of us as demand for PS5 continues to outstrip supply,”Sony Interactive EntertainmentCEOJim Ryansaid at the time.
“I want gamers to know that while we continue to face unique challenges throughout the world that affect our industry and many others, improving inventory levels remains a top priority for SIE.”
The boss of AMD, which makes the CPUs and GPUs inside PS5 andXbox Series X/S, expects chip supply issues toease gradually in the second half of 2022.
