Q-Games has announced PixelJunk Raiders, which will be released exclusively for Stadia on August 04, 2025.
Featuring procedurally generated landscapes, the roguelike action-adventure game sees players take on the role of a human replicant who uncovers a mysterious threat to humanity while on a mission to find habitable worlds.

PixelJunk Raiders supportsShare State, a newStadiafeature which lets players share a playable slice of supported games with other users through captured clips and screenshots.

PixelJunk Raiders will be available for $19.99 or free with a Stadia Pro subscription. March’s other Stadia Pro games arePac-Man Mega Tunnel Battle, Reigns andAVICII Invector.
Googleannounced this month that it wasclosing all its internal Stadia game development teamsin a course change that will see the streaming platform focus on partnering with third-party game companies.

Discussing the decision in a follow-up conference call with employees, Stadia GMPhil Harrisonreportedlypointed to Microsoft’s recent studio acquisitions, includingthe planned $7.5 billion purchase of Bethesda, as one of the factors that had persuaded Google to step back from original game development.
