The newly released Xbox Series X models reportedly include an unannounced slight internal upgrade. A class-action lawsuit alleging Microsoft sold faulty Xbox controllers has moved to arbitration, law firm Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith (CSK&D) has confirmed. PlayStation 5 sales in the United States have overtaken those of PS4 on a time-aligned basis.
