John Gibson, the CEO of Maneater and Killing Floor developer Tripwire,tweeted his support on Saturdayfor the US Supreme Court’s decision not to blocka new law in Texas that bans abortionsfor most women. Gibson’s tweet was met with heavy criticism on Twitter, leading many players to vow never to play Tripwire’s games again....

Lionsgate Games has announced a John Wick strategy game by Volume and Thomas Was Alone developer Mike Bithell. John Wick Hex is in development for consoles,PCandMac. Infinity Ward has released a new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare update featuring stability improvements plus numerous fixes and tweaks. The newModern Warfarepatch, version 1.08, includes more backend fixes designed tostop crashes and improve stabilityon all modes and platforms. It also makes further adjustments to footsteps so that there are different sounds for crouch walking, walking, jogging and sprinting, which should enable players to creep around more stealthily. The patch fixes a bug which was stopping the riot shield from taking explosive damage in certain situations and also reduces the range of the 725 shotgun....
