Lego has officially unveiled its Pac-Man Arcade set, which will be available from next month.
As first revealed inleaked images, the set allows users to recreate the top of a Pac-Man arcade machine. In addition, builders can create large brick versions of Pac-Man, Blink and Clyde that can be displayed on top of the cabinet or separately.

Once complete, builders can light up the coin slot, plus there is a small vignette of a minifigure playing Pac-Man hidden inside of the cabinet.
Lego VIP members will have early access to purchase the Lego Pac-Man Arcade set from June 1 fromlego.com/pac-manand Lego Stores, and it will be available to all from June 4 at the recommended retail price of $269.99 / €269.99 / £229.99.

“Our team of talented designers worked tirelessly to capture the essence of the beloved PAC-MAN arcade machine in brick form, from PAC-MAN himself to the colourful, maze-like environment he inhabits.
“Every detail was carefully considered and crafted, resulting in a one-of-a-kind LEGO creation that captures the magic of the original game while adding a playful new twist and a couple of Easter eggs – in true video game style.

The Lego Pac-Man Arcade machine is the latest in a growing line of gaming-themed Lego sets.
Since acquiring theNintendolicense, the company has produced theLego NES,Lego Question Block,Lego Bowser, and numerousLego Super Mario sets.

SeveralThe Legend of Zeldasets have made their way to the final stage of Lego’s Lego Ideas program, which sees fan-designed sets be turned into retail products, such as the recentSonic The Hedgehog sets, but the Zelda sets had always been rejected by Lego themselves, reportedlydue to rights issues.
PlayStation‘sHorizon Forbidden Westalso received a set, which depicted the Tallneck featured in both games.

Last month, fournew Lego Sonic the Hedgehog sets were revealed.The four new sets will be released in August 2023 and feature Lego minifig versions of Sonic, Tails, and Amy.
