Suda 51 has said that another game starring No More Heroes protagonist Travis Touchdown could happen if there’s enough fan demand.
Speaking toGNN, Suda 51 was asked about whether there was any potential for another game in the No More Heroes series, despiteNo More Heroes 3being positioned as Travis’ final battle.
“Yes, that’s right, Heroes No More 3 is Travis’ last battle,” Suda said. “Nobody could say what’s going to happen 10 years from now, and I can’t say either. If there’s a big fan outcry, Travis might be back. Just like Tom Cruise came back as Maverick.”
Suda also mentioned that he’d like to see a collection of all three No More Heroes games in one collection, but that would be a decision for the game’s publisher Marvelous not Suda.
No More Heroes 3 will release forPlayStation,XboxandPCon June 17, 2025. It first released onNintendo Switchin 2021.
The game will be available forPS4,PS5,Xbox OneandXbox Series X/Swith Smart Delivery support, and PC viaSteamand theMicrosoftStore.
No More Heroes 3, which is set nine years after the events of the second game, sees protagonist Travis Touchdown once again trying to make his way to the top of a leaderboard of assassins.
The twist is that this time the assassins all come from outer space, and Travis is trying to defeat them in order to reach an evil alien called FU and stop him from taking over the world.
