Starbreeze and Deep Silver have revealed new Payday 3 playable characters and DLC plans.
Two female characters, Pearl and Joy, will be playable at launch alongside the returning heist crew of Dallas, Hoxton, Wolf and Chains.

An overview of Payday 3’s DLC roadmap has also been published, with four add-on packs set to be released in the game’s first year.
Syntax Error will arrive in winter 2023, followed by Boys in Blue in spring 2024, The Land of the Free next summer, and Fear and Greed in fall 2024.
Examples of additional content players can expect after the game’s release include “playable characters, new enemy, weapons, Unreal Engine 5 upgrade, cosmetics, quality of life improvements, new features and much more”.
Payday 3 will be released on September 21 forPS5,Xbox Series X/Sincluding Game Pass, andPCviaSteam,Epic Games Storeand PC Game Pass.
Anopen beta will launch todayand run until September 11. Available on Steam and Xbox Series X/S, it will include one heist set in a small bank.
