A tactical strategy game based upon Netflix’s new series The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance is coming to Nintendo Switch.
Announced atNintendo‘s E3 briefing earlier today, The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics gives players the chance to “experience the fantasy world of Thra by playing through – and going beyond – the events of the series”.
While very little else is known about the game, the teaser showed squad combat and a grid-based combat field.
In a brief press statement, Nintendo said players “will even encounter never-seen-before playable characters, stories and environments” in the spin-off game.
The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance is scheduled to launch in 2019 and is being developed by the studio behind the Stranger Things tie-in games, BonusXP.
