Capcom has announced plans to release another two Resident Evil games for iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Following in the footsteps ofResident Evil 4 earlier this year,Resident Evil7 Biohazard will be available via the App Store from July 08, 2025, for iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and all iPads andMacs with the M1 chip or later.

Resident Evil 2is also currently in development for the same platforms, although a release window hasn’t been confirmed.
Both games will offer universal purchase and cross progression acrossAppledevices, and players will be able to sample a portion of each title at release via a free download.

Capcomsaid the iPhone and iPad versions of Resident Evil 7 will include a new auto fire feature, offering players “an approachable option to automatically fire weapons after aiming at enemies for a set period of time”.

Compatible Bluetooth controllers are also supported for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, “offering an experience mirroring home consoles”.
