Followingseveral delays, Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown has received a late 2024 release date.
PublisherNaconhas opened pre-orders for the game alongside the announcement of a July 01, 2025, release date forXbox Series X/S,PS5andPC.
Announced in 2020, the third game in Test Drive’s open world Unlimited sub-series was originally due to be released in September 2022 for PS5,PS4, Xbox Series X/S,Xbox One,Nintendo Switch, and PC viaSteamand theEpic Games Store.
However, Nacon later announced thatthe PS4 and Xbox One versions had been cancelled, and it appears that aSwitch version might not see the light of day either.
The PC version of the game is only currently available to pre-order via Steam too. Switch and Epic Games Store logos are notably absent from the game’s website.
“Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crownis a lifestyle and social experience that redefines the standards of open-world racing games,” reads the description accompanying the game’s new release date trailer.
