2K has announced the WWE 2K25 DLC roster, which includes iconic TNA wrestlers and NBA stars.
Highlights include Abyss, a TNA legend who has never appeared in the WWE, making him one of the few full-time wrestlers in history to make their WWE debut in a video game.
Other TNA stalwarts, Alex Shelly and Chris Sabin, will make their WWE video game debut as DLC characters. The pair joined the WWE last year after over a decade as stars outside of the company.
Some of the DLC choices currently remain a mystery, as2Khas yet to announce them. The New Wave and Fearless packs both include a mystery celebrity guest. The Dunk & Destruction pack , which will include Abyss and The Great Khali, will include three unannounced NBA stars too.
Each DLC pack will be available to purchase standalone or as part of the season pass. The season pass is included in both The Deadman Edition and The Bloodline Edition of the game.
The next entry in the long-running WWE series of video games will be released on March 7 for owners of the Deadman Edition or Bloodline Edition and on March 14 for the standard edition.
New features in this year’s game include a mode called The Island (which is exclusive toPS5andXbox Series X/S), intergender matches, a Showcase mode based on The Bloodline, the return of chain wrestling, and new Bloodline Rules and Underground match types.
