The Hydreigon and Dragapult Spotlight Tera Raid is live in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet this weekend, giving players the chance to catch the powerful dragon-type Pokemon.
Hydreigon and Dragapult will appear in 4-star and 5-star raids from Friday, January 6th until Sunday, January 7th.

Hydreigon will only appear in raids inPokemonScarlet and Dragapult will only appear in raids in Pokemon Violet. However, if you’re a Pokemon Scarlet player, you may join Dragapult raids if invited by a Pokemon Violet player and vice-versa.

Azumarill has a kill count. Thanks to the sheer number of Dragon-type raids that have been present in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet so far, the OP Fairy-type blob is once again the best choice for either of these raids. Use Azumaril to set up a Belly Drum and then hit a Play Rough for absolute destruction.
To be honest, you should just use Azumarill, but on the off chance you’re bored of using the same ridiculously overpowered Pokemon for every raid, Dachsbun is a strong alternative.

You’re going to load into these raids and watch a barbershop quartet of Azumnarill destroy the Hydreigon and Dragapult before you get the chance to attack, so at some point, you can pretty much use whatever you like.
