How to get The Tale of Rowland Oakes quest
To start The Tale of Roland Oakes, speak to Adelaide Oakes in the Transfiguration Courtyard. You’ll be able to start the quest when you’ve reached level 10 and you’ve completed the main quest, The Helm of Urtkot.
The Tale of Rowland Oakes map solution
Once you get the quest you’ll be directed to a campsite that is now overrun by goblins. Defeat them all and pick up the clues left by Rowland Oakes.
The map you pick up is pointing you to a small settlement down the river to the west. It’s named Korrow Ruins and has a Floo location associated with it.
If you’ve never been before, you’re able to see on our map above how to find it, simply fly to the area, and you’ll be greeted with even more enemies. Once you’ve taken all of them down, head inside the outpost and search for Rowland.
