Sega has announced Hello Kitty as the latest playable character in Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania.
The DLC character will be available to purchase for $4.99 (or equivalent) on the game’s October 5 release date.
Hello Kitty joinsPersona’s Morganaas planned premium DLC, whileYakuza’s Kazuma Kiryu,Beat from Jet Set RadioandSonic and Tailshave previously been revealed as unlockable characters in the game.

Segapreviously teased plans to bring “several iconic guest characters” to Banana Mania, while character ‘skins’ based on classic Sega consoles like the Dreamcast, Saturn and Game Gear will also be available as DLC.
Super Monkey Ball: Banana Maniawasannounced during a Nintendo Directin June. It will contain remasters of Super Monkey Ball, Super Monkey Ball 2 and Super Monkey Ball Deluxe running on the same engine asSuper Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD.
The game will be released on October 5 forSwitch,PC,Xbox One,Xbox Series X|S,PS4andPS5.
