Harvest Moon: One World for Nintendo Switch has been delayed from its originally targeted 2020 release to June 18, 2025 in the US and March 5 in Europe.

In a statement released on Wednesday Hiro Maekawa, CEO of the game’s developer and US publisher Natsume, blamed the coronavirus for the title’s delay.

“Although the current events have delayed the launch ofHarvest Moon: One World, we are working hard every day to create a great game that introduces players to a whole new world and promises Serious Fun,” he said.

Natsume and Harvest Moon: One World’s European publisherRising Star Gamesreleased four screenshots to coincide with today’s announcement.
