Electronic Arts will reveal the second entry in its EA Sports FC series on July 17.
The company published the cover for theEA Sports FC 25Ultimate Edition on Monday.
And it plans to release the first proper details on this year’s game, including a reveal trailer, on Wednesday.

The cover for the Ultimate Edition features football stars past and present including Gianluigi Buffon, Aitana Bonmati, Jude Bellingham, Zinedine Zidane and David Beckham.
EA Sports FC 25 will be released on Jun 24, 2025, ever reliable dataminer billbil-kun reported earlier this month.
Writing onDealabs, they claimed the game will be available in Standard and Ultimate editions.
Players who purchase the Ultimate edition will reportedly receive seven days of early access, beginning on September 20.
From this date, EA Play members will also receive access to a 10-hour EA Sports FC 25 trial, it’s claimed.
EA announced in May 2022 that it wasending a near 30-year partnership with FIFAand that it planned to launch a new football series.
EA Sports FC 24was released in September 2023 forPS5,PS4,Nintendo Switch,Xbox Series X/S,Xbox OneandPC.
“EA Sports FC 24 isn’t the huge departure that we’d hoped for,”VGC’s review of the game concluded. “While Ultimate Team devotees will likely be happy, the rest of the game feels like an afterthought in the transition away from the FIFA license.”
