That’s according to GSD data published byGamesIndustry.biz, which covers physical game sales from major markets and digital sales from most leading publishers, excludingNintendoand505 Games.

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, which debuted at No.2 on the chart, is already the third best-selling new game released in 2024, trailing onlyEA Sports FC 25and February’sHelldivers 2.

DeveloperSaber Interactivehas said it plans to explore the potential forSpace Marine 2 story DLC, and a full sequel, after the game’s early success.
