EA’s first game based on the World Rally Championship (WRC) will be released in November, according to a leaker.
The ever-reliablebillbil-kun of Dealabshas revealed that the game, which will be calledEA SportsWRC, will be released on July 11, 2025, with three days early access available to owners of its Champions Edition.

Codemasterssecured the rights to the WRC licenceback in 2020, agreeing to release an annual WRC game for five years, starting in 2023.
A year later, Codemasterswas acquired by Electronic Arts, and the WRC licensing agreement came across with it.

It’s claimed that EA Sports WRC was originally planned for release in July 2023, before it was delayed until later in the year.
The game will be available onPS5,Xbox Series X/SandPC, and will be released in a Standard Edition and a Champions Edition, with the latter including the base game and five seasons’ worth of game expansions.

One potentially surprising aspect of the game, according to billbil-kun, is the price. The game’s base edition will reportedly cost $49.99 / €49.99 / £44.99, which is notably less than the $69.99 / £69.99 EA charged for its latest Formula 1 game, F1 23.
