EA has suggested that it won’t announce any new Star Wars games until 2022.
The company said on Thursday that it’s not planning to reveal any newStar Wars gamesat itsEAPlay Live showcase next week, but teased announcements for next year.

“We won’t be showing any new Star Wars games at EA Play Live on July 22nd…but all of us look forward to celebrating with you next year when we share our vision for the Galaxy far, far away!”
EA Play Live will last for 40 minutes and focus on titles “coming out soon”includingBattlefield 2042, Lost in Random and “a couple other games”.

BioWare, which will launcha new Star Wars: The Old Republic expansionthis year to mark the 10th anniversary of the MMO, has also said itwon’t be showing Mass Effect 4 or Dragon Age 4 at EA Play Live.
