Players who bought the Early Access version of Dreams will be able to unlock the full game three days ahead of its official release date.
The pre-release version of the game – which was available to purchasebetween April and December 2019at a reduced price – will be upgradeable to the full version via a patch releasing on February 11 at 12pm UK (4am PT / 7am ET),Sony saidon Tuesday.

ThePS4exclusive, which is developed by LittleBigPlanet and Tearaway studioMedia Molecule,officially launches on February 14.
Billed as “a platform where you may create anything you can imagine, then share it with the world using just your PS4”,Dreamswill also include a campaign titled Art’s Dream, which was built using the same toolset offered to players.

Media Molecule communications manager Abbie Heppe said: “This feature film length adventure follows former jazz musician Art as he dreams about his life, past and present, and realises he needs to make amends with his fellow bandmates.
“The journey takes him through a series of dream-like situations involving him and a whole cast of wonderful fantasy characters, such as D-Bug, a helpful little robot with an electric personality and Frances, a hammer wielding teddy bear. Will he get his shot at redemption, or will his dreams become nightmares?”

Heppe recently outlinedsome of the additional content that will be available to Early Access players and newcomers alike when the full title launches, including a new introduction to the game, a fresh season of tutorials, tool improvements and new game content. Heppe also said in December that Media Molecule has “some really cool stuff planned for post-launch too”, with the studio working onPlayStationVR support, among other features.
