According to aGematsutranslation ofCapcom’s Jump Festa 2020 exhibit plans, theResident Evilpublisher will showcase four titles at the event, with two known to be Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection andMonster Hunter World: Iceborne.
The recently announced Japanese Devil Mary Cry collection could potentially take up one of the unannounced slots, leaving at least one other unknown.
Jump Festa 2020 will run from December 21 to 22 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan.
According to a recent report,Capcom is preparing to announced a remake of Resident Evil 3, following the critical and commercial success of 2019’sResident Evil 2.
Resident Evil 2 producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi has previously indicated Capcomwould consider further Resident Evil remakesif fans “voice their enthusiasm” for them.
One key pillar for games marketing remains in 2019, the Los Angeles-based Game Awards, which are due to take place on Friday, December 13.
The Game Awardstypically sees the announcement of several new titles each year, however Capcom has not actively used the event for marketing in recent years.
