The Call of Duty: Modern Warfare street date has been broken in the US.
While the game’s officialrelease date is Friday, October 25forPS4,Xbox OneandPC, images of copies obtained early are circulating onsocial media.
Video footage purporting to show early 2v2 gameplay has been posted toReddit, although there are conflicting reports regarding what content is accessible ahead of the title’s official launch, with some usersclaiminga day one patch is required to bypass the main menu screen.
Activisionrecently announced the basic details ofCall of Duty: Modern Warfare’s in-game economy, which centres on seasonal Battle Passes and won’t include loot boxes. It alsoconfirmedthat the game replaces the long-running Prestige progression system with a new seasonal Officer Ranks one.

Activision recently revealed that “most”Call of Duty Modern Warfare gameplay DLCwill launch simultaneously for all platforms, including new multiplayer maps, modes and Spec Ops missions. However, the PS4 version of the game will includean exclusive Special Ops Survival mode.
