Call of Duty: Mobile is reportedly playable on PC via Android emulator GameLoop.
The free-to-play shooter launched on Tuesdayin all countries where the App Store andGooglePlay are supported with the exceptions of mainland China, Vietnam and Belgium.
AndAndroidemulator GameLoopclaims: “Playing CODM on GameLoop allows you to breakthrough the limitation of phones with bigger screen to achieve wider field of view, mouse and keyboard to ensure precise aiming and shooting.
“More importantly, exclusive key mapping and in-depth adaption will bring you the most immersive and wonderful experience ofCall of Duty: Mobile.”
According toPC Gamer,PUBGMobileservers detect players using an emulator and match them against other players doing so, although whether this is the case with Call of Duty: Mobile isn’t clear.
Call of Duty: Mobile will reportedly also be playable using Xbox One and PS4 controllers.
[Update, October 3:Call of Duty Mobile’s brief controller support was a test for “a portion” of live players,Activisionhas said. However,controller support may be reactivated in the future in the form of separate game lobbies.
