Activision has confirmed that a previously announced mystery product showcase planned for next month will be for Call of Duty Black Ops 6.
TheXbox Games Showcase– the first to include games acrossActivision Blizzard,Bethesda, andXboxGame Studios – will be livestreamed on Jun 29, 2025, starting at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm BST.

Black Ops 6will be revealed during the showcase, and be the subject of its own ‘Direct’ presentation immediately following the main Xbox event.
The Black Ops 6 Direct promises to offer the first in-depth look at new gameplay and product announcements.

Havinglaunched a teaser site for the gameearlier this week,Activisionofficially confirmed today thatBlack Ops 6 is this year’s Call of Duty.
It’s been claimed that the title isset in the early 1990s during the Gulf War, with development being led byTreyarch.

Black Ops 6 will alsoreportedly be included in Xbox Game Pass at release.
It’s been claimed thatMicrosoftwill use the Xbox Games Showcase to announcenew Gears of Warand Doom games.

The platform holder is also expected to confirmrelease dates for upcoming titlesincludingStarfield‘s Shattered Space expansion, Indiana Jones and The Great Circle,Flight Simulator2024 andAvowed.
