Larian Studios will confirm Baldur’s Gate 3’s long-awaited Xbox Series X/S release date next month.
The release date will be announced atThe Game Awards, which is taking place on December 7.

On Monday,Baldur’s Gate 3was nominated for eight prizes at next month’s event –the joint most alongside Alan Wake 2.
That same day,Larian seemingly teased plansto announce anXbox Series X/Srelease date for Baldur’s Gate 3 and a physical edition of the game imminently.

“Xboxfans, and fans of physical media, watch this space for a formal announcement,” it said. “It’s going to be a busy week 👀”
The studiosaidin an update published on Wednesday: “Xbox players, we hear you’re looking for more news on Baldur’s Gate 3. The game is on track for a December release.

“We’ll see you at The Game Awards for the World Premiere™ of the exact release date.”
Baldur’s Gate 3, which was released forPCin August and forPS5andMacthe following month, is one of the current generation’s most critically acclaimed titles and has been a big commercial hit too.
