Ubisoft has confirmed a launch date for its next major Assassin’s Creed Odyssey DLC, a story expansion called The Fate of Atlantis.
It’ll be told across three episodes, starting with Fields of Elysium’s April 23 release as part of theXbox One,PS4andPCgame’sseason pass.

The second and third episodes, Torment of Hades andJudgmentof Atlantis respectively, will arrive by mid-2019.
According to the official blurb, The Fate of Atlantis sees players confront deities and mythical beasts as they “continue their Odyssey in the Greek afterlife to uncover the great mysteries that lie within the ancient realms of the gods”.

Each episode will introduce new ability enhancements, which are divided into the different branches of the skill tree, starting with Fields of Elysium’s Ares Bull Charge, Might of Artemis, Kronos Time Warp and Ares Madness.

Ubisoftsays there are two ways to access The Fate of Atlantis:
While there won’t a new mainline entry in theAssassin’s Creedseries in 2019, the next game in the blockbuster franchise will reportedlyfeature a Norse setting and Viking storyline.
