When is Anime Odyssey coming back?

Anime Odyssey launched into early access on June 27, 2025. A wider public release is set for a few days later.
Shortly after release on May 28, 2025, Anime Odyssey was taken down for bug fixes. One of the developers had this to say on the matter:
“we decided to close the game for now and re-open it after we fixed all the current new bugs that appeared! We are so sry that this happened and hope to make y’all happy after the fixes ; )”
Around seven hours later, toward the early hours of the July 26, another chimed in to say “We solved many bugs already!”.
At around 5PM BST, the same developer made the following comment: “Reworking some stuff now that our old scripter messed up…..”
Not one of the three update posts made mention of when the game would be live and playable again, but we’re assuming it will come back on the afternoon or evening of July 26. We’ll update things here when we learn more.
