What are the Anime Card Battle Weather effects?
Weather effects of various rarities can trigger in a server every second, with players also able to pay to roll a weather effect. They last a specific amount of time and boost Luck. Some exclusive cards can only be pulled during these weather effects.
The developers can also trigger weather effects for specific reasons, with the Manga weather being activated shortly after UPD 2 to celebrate a record concurrent playercount.
